 Our latest active development is at Hollycroft Grange in Hinckley, where we’ve been proudly contracted by Bloor Homes to deliver comprehensive first, second, and final fix carpentry services across 250 high-quality new build homes.

Primarily working on second and third fix for Bloor Homes, we were asked to finish off 12 houses at the Fairham Green housing development in Ruddington.

 Contracted by Bloor Homes, we were responsible for first fix through to final fix on 40 new build houses at the Brooksby housing development in Melton Mowbray.

 This unique one-off project in Nuneaton saw the transformation of a former cow milking shed into a stylish one-bedroom home. We delivered full-spectrum carpentry services, including the installation of roof joists, bespoke staircases, and the construction of a striking mezzanine level.
